The Opportunity

As a key member of the People and Culture team, we're hiring a Global Head of Talent Acquisition to build an AI-forward, tech-centered recruiting function from the ground up. This is a Director-to-Head level role for someone who wants full ownership of the tech stack, metrics, brand, and candidate experience without layers of process slowing them down.

You'll work directly with senior leaders across Nymbus to meet hiring needs in real time, bringing a technical recruiting background and a genuinely AI-native approach to how modern talent acquisition should run.

What You Will Own

• Serve as the dedicated technical point of contact for all things related to our Talent Acquisition function.
• Full ownership of applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and the full recruitment technology stack (evaluation, selection, and ongoing management).
• Video interview platform and AI-powered assessment tools.
• AI TA dashboard, hiring metrics, and reporting — end-to-end build, management, and maintenance.
• Vendor and contractor management across the recruiting tech and services stack.
• Candidate experience, designed to extend seamlessly into the broader employee experience.
• External employer brand representation in close partnership with Marketing and Brand, and submissions for industry awards in Tech, FinTech, and SaaS.
• Full-cycle recruiting partnership with senior leaders across the business, with a focus on technical and specialized roles.
• World-class TA experience benchmarked against modern recruiting standards.
• Key player in Employee Value Proposition (EVP) design.
• Provide expert guidance and solutions on industry best practices to the People and Culture team and internal stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement & Documentation

• Partner with key stakeholders to understand business and hiring needs.
• Guide, coach, mentor, and support leaders through the complexities of candidate selection, providing frameworks to identify the right technical and cultural fit.
• Communicate regularly and transparently with internal stakeholders and candidates.
• Full review, ownership, and mapping of the entire candidate experience.

What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications)

• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including significant experience (3+ years) owning Talent Management Strategy.
• Prior experience owning AI-driven TA tech stack tools (including Greenhouse).
• Strong background (5+ years) in technical, SaaS, fast-growing organizations or start-ups.
• Proven experience working with technologies, processes, and systems across a TA landscape.
• Global recruitment experience.
• Technical fluency required for Engineering and Product roles.
• AI-native fluency — hands-on experience with AI recruiting tools and AI-driven dashboards required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $130,000 to $145,000 annually
