Senior Product Manager, Platform Experience - Ondo Finance

Ondo Finance's mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries, and have since expanded into several other assets. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager, Platform Experience to own the customer-facing experience across the Ondo Finance App — the single interface through which users discover, understand, buy, sell, trade, and manage Ondo's products (Stocks, Treasuries, Portfolios, and more).

This role owns the quality and coherence of the end-to-end user experience, focusing particularly on retention, usability, and long-term customer value. You'll turn complex financial and blockchain infrastructure into a simple, intuitive, and trustworthy product.

This is a senior, hands-on individual-contributor role. You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and other Product leaders to define strategy, prioritize opportunities, write clear requirements, and ship meaningful improvements in a high-ownership, high-visibility environment.

• A cohesive, high-quality core experience: Ensure customer-facing surfaces feel like one unified platform across products and workflows, with a consistent and intuitive experience across web and eventually mobile.
• Simple, intuitive investing and trading workflows: Enable users to confidently buy, sell, trade, and manage their portfolios across limit orders, order books, DCA, notifications, transaction history, reporting, and tax workflows.
• Financial complexity made accessible: Translate sophisticated concepts such as order books, bid/ask pricing, settlement, and onchain transactions into clear, low-friction experiences without sacrificing advanced functionality.
• Stronger retention and long-term customer value: Build core product experiences that give users compelling reasons to return, manage more financial activity through Ondo, and deepen engagement.
• Measurably better product performance: Establish clear metrics and feedback loops around usability, retention, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
• Customer-informed product decisions: Use qualitative research and quantitative signals to shape roadmap prioritization around customer problems.
• Reliable end-to-end execution: Drive product initiatives from discovery and problem definition through launch, measurement, and iteration across cross-functional teams.
• A scalable foundation for Ondo’s product ecosystem: Build core experiences and patterns designed to support new capabilities as Ondo expands.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including owning customer-facing products from concept through launch.
• Track record of shipping high-quality consumer or prosumer products with intuitive, low-friction UX.
• Experience with fintech, brokerage, investing, trading, payments, crypto, or other sophisticated financial products.
• Working understanding of capital markets and financial product mechanics (trading, order books, execution, settlement, and liquidity).
• Genuine, hands-on familiarity with crypto, DeFi products, and onchain financial primitives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics, evaluate performance, and use data to drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to write sharp PRDs and articulate tradeoffs.
• High ownership, strong organization, and comfort operating independently in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Based in US hours (preference per current team structure).

Nice to Have

• Experience building brokerage, investing, trading, neobanking, or wealth-management products.
• Experience with tokenization, real-world assets (RWAs), or onchain financial infrastructure.
• Familiarity with decentralized exchanges, wallets, smart contracts, or blockchain transaction flows.
• Experience designing for both sophisticated and first-time financial users.
• Experience collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Operations, or market-structure teams.
• Experience working within a strong product and design culture.
