The Role
As a Product Researcher, you will be the bridge between Generative AI and the humans who use it to scale their brands. You will live in the trenches with our clients, translating real-world feedback into actionable insights that shape the future of creative automation.
Key Responsibilities
- User Discovery & Advocacy: Lead end-to-end research cycles, from recruiting to deep-dive interviews and usability tests.
- Continuous Feedback Loop: Manage day-to-day client interactions to capture granular feedback on new GenAI features.
- Methodological Excellence: Select and apply the right research methods (e.g., diary studies, surveys, RITE testing).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to turn findings into creative solutions.
- Process Evolution: Identify bottlenecks in feedback gathering and improve research operations.
- Closed Loop Communication: Own relationships with superusers and provide "You Told Us, We Listened" updates.
- Value Exchange Management: Design ways to deliver value back to participants, such as early access or roadmap previews.
Your Background
- 3–5+ years in Product Research, UX Research, or a similar client-facing insight role (SaaS/high-growth tech preferred).
- Strong AI literacy and understanding of creative workflows.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal oversight.
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex data.
- Strategic judgment to distinguish between one-off requests and systemic opportunities.

- Feature Adoption Rate: Engagement with features refined by your research.
- Research Impact Score: Stakeholder feedback on roadmap influence.
