About Render
At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms.
About the Role
Render is building a channel partnerships program from the ground up, and we're hiring our first Head of Revenue Partnerships to lead it. Reporting to our VP of Revenue, you will build relationships with development agencies, PE firms, and systems integrators to drive customer acquisition and migration.
What You'll Do
- Strategy: Map partner types and determine the best fit for Render's product and customer base.
- Relationship Management: Build relationships with execs at partner firms to understand their priorities, pricing, and delivery models.
- Commercials: Develop commercial agreements to co-sell Render alongside partner services.
- Enablement: Create Render-specific narrative materials, including decks, pilot frameworks, and ROI overviews.
- Marketing: Design co-marketing models such as customer dinners, digital campaigns, and joint events.
- Co-sell Motion: Work with the technology partner team to build a co-sell motion for large and enterprise accounts.
- Scaled Programs: For PE firms, design activation programs like webinars and cohorts to drive adoption across portfolio companies.
- Revenue Ownership: Own the path from first engagement to partner-qualified referral and closed revenue.
- Cross-functional Alignment: Partner with Sales and Delivery/CS leaders to ensure pipeline hygiene and avoid channel conflict.
- Leadership: Build out a team of partner managers over time.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in B2B partnerships, sales, GM, or solutions engineering (ideally at a B2B SaaS, Infra, or PLG company).
- Outcomes-obsessed seller DNA with a focus on pipeline creation and revenue.
- Experience building programs from scratch without a playbook.
- Proven track record in co-sell, referral, or partner-sourced revenue motions.
- Strong cross-functional operating skills and executive presence.
- Technical orientation to credibly engage with developer-focused partners.
