Sr. Strategy & Operations Manager, Psych - Rula

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to help shape the next chapter of Rula's psychiatry business. In this highly cross-functional role, you'll partner closely with leaders across Clinical, Operations, Growth, Product, Finance, and Analytics to define long-term strategy, evaluate new business opportunities, and translate high-impact ideas into actionable pilots and scalable initiatives.

Example Projects

• Define the path to 5x’ing the business over the next 3 years.
• Research, scope, and pilot new service launches or business lines.
• Deep-dive into patient and payor LTVs to improve the business's unit economics.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex business problems, and is equally comfortable developing executive-level strategy as they are rolling up their sleeves to execute. You'll combine rigorous analytical thinking with strong operational instincts to influence key business decisions and drive initiatives that expand access to high-quality psychiatric care.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years of experience across Management Consulting, Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Corporate Strategy, or similar strategy and ops roles within high-growth startups or mid-sized companies.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, including building complex financial models, leveraging advanced formulas, and analyzing large datasets.
• Execution: Demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into scalable operating models, analytics, and cross-functional execution plans.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics and influence executive-level stakeholders.
• Leadership: Strong executive presence with experience partnering directly with senior leaders, facilitating alignment, and navigating challenging or ambiguous business decisions, independently leading complex cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a high-growth technology company, with healthcare or digital health experience preferred.
• Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Looker) and working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience leading annual planning, strategic planning, or company-wide operational planning processes.
• Experience launching and scaling new products, services, business lines, or other 0→1 initiatives.
• Experience evaluating M&A, partnerships, adjacent markets, or other corporate development opportunities.
