Product Manager - Marketplace

About the Role

Supabase is looking for a Product Manager to lead our marketplace and integration surfaces. As the Supabase ecosystem grows, the marketplace serves as the critical distribution and discovery layer for developers and AI agents to find, trust, and compose capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Roadmap: Own the product strategy for the two-sided marketplace where partners publish integrations and developers discover them.
• Developer Experience: Optimize the path from discovery to installation, ensuring new capabilities connect to Supabase primitives with minimal glue code.
• Partner Success: Build mechanisms to make publishing fast, rewarding, and high-quality, ensuring a deep and trustworthy catalog.
• Quality & Governance: Define listing standards, review processes, and versioning mechanisms to maintain ecosystem health.
• Data-Driven Growth: Define and track metrics across supply and demand to drive product decisions.
• Agentic Future: Position the marketplace as the primary distribution layer for agent-driven development.

You Might Be a Good Fit If You:

• Have 7+ years of PM experience in developer tools or marketplaces.
• Have successfully grown a two-sided surface (app stores, plugin ecosystems, or developer platforms).
• Are biased toward speed and shipping over perfection.
• Build with what you own, using the marketplace from both the partner and developer perspectives.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline research, drafting, and synthesis.
• Work effectively in an async-first, remote environment.
