  • Maintain consistency between HubSpot, Salesforce, and related business processes.

Data Quality & Management

  • Maintain accurate, consistent, and reliable CRM data across both platforms.
  • Conduct regular data audits, cleanup, deduplication, and standardization.

Workflows & Automation

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing HubSpot workflows and automations.
  • Identify and resolve automation conflicts, errors, and inefficiencies.
  • Support Salesforce automations and configurations when needed.
  • Implement improvements to existing processes and introduce new automations where appropriate.

System Maintenance & Integrations

  • Provide ongoing CRM support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot HubSpot–Salesforce synchronization and integrations with other tools.
  • Manage CRM user access, permissions, and configuration updates.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams on CRM-related requests.
  • Maintain documentation of CRM configurations, processes, and changes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve system reliability, efficiency, and scalability.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM administration and configuration.
  • Practical experience administering Salesforce, including basic configuration, user management, and troubleshooting.
  • Solid understanding of CRM architecture, data models, objects, properties, pipelines, and lifecycle stages.
  • Experience maintaining and improving existing CRM environments.
  • Strong experience with CRM data management, cleanup, and data quality processes.
  • Experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting CRM reports and dashboards.
  • Knowledge of CRM workflows, automation, and integration processes.
  • Ability to investigate complex CRM issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of CRM operations.
  • Good communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing HubSpot–Salesforce integrations and data synchronization.
  • Understanding of Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations.
