About the Role

We’re hiring multiple experienced Talent Acquisition Partners for an initial 6-month contract, with potential for extension or conversion. You will support various departments including Engineering, Product & Design (EPD), Go-to-Market, or G&A. You will own searches from intake through offer, partnering with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own complex searches across EPD, GTM, or G&A functions. Manage intake, candidate assessment, offer strategy, and closing.
• Talent Strategy: Build sourcing strategies based on business priorities and market conditions. Partner with Sourcers and maintain pipeline health.
• Advisory: Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers. Provide market intelligence, challenge assumptions, and ensure high-quality interview processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the broader TA team to share best practices and improve hiring scalability.

What We Are Looking For

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or developer tools environments.
• Demonstrated success recruiting within EPD, GTM/G&A, or across multiple functions.
• Strong skills in sourcing, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation.
• Ability to quickly understand technical roles and translate needs into effective strategies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills in a fast-moving, distributed environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting highly technical talent (infrastructure, networking, security, distributed systems).
• Experience with Sales and GTM hiring.
• Proficiency in using data, AI, and market intelligence to improve hiring outcomes.
