About the Role

As a Majors Install Base AE covering the ANZ market, you will own a curated book of named enterprise accounts and be the primary driver of net-revenue retention, expansion, and long-term platform depth. You will identify whitespace, accelerate adoption of Vercel's newest products, and drive meaningful growth across a portfolio of digitally ambitious companies.

What You Will Do

• Own a book of named Major Accounts, driving renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
• Identify and execute expansion opportunities, mapping whitespace and activating Vercel's newest products (platform API, AI SDK, observability).
• Build multi-threaded relationships with stakeholders across engineering, product, procurement, and the C-suite.
• Develop strategic account plans aligned with customer business goals and Vercel's growth objectives.
• Translate Vercel's platform into board-level narratives regarding developer velocity and AI-driven transformation.
• Own complex commercial negotiations, including renewals and ELA amendments.
• Partner with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product to deliver customer outcomes.

About You

• 5–10+ years in enterprise SaaS with a track record in install base or named account roles.
• Proven ability to drive expansion and build champions across multiple buying centers.
• Experienced in partner-influenced or co-sell motions (hyperscalers, SIs).
• Comfortable discussing architecture with CTOs and TCO with CFOs.
• Disciplined account planner with strong CRM hygiene and MEDDPICC fluency.
• Ability to hold technically grounded conversations with senior engineering leadership.
