The Vercel Startups org helps founders navigate the shift to AI-native development. We partner with startups at critical moments where technical, commercial, and strategic support matters most. Our team consists of former founders, engineers, and experienced go-to-market operators.

About The Role

As an expert in Vercel, you will help startups unlock our full value from adoption through scaling. You will build relationships with founders and technical leaders, analyze usage patterns to identify expansion opportunities, and guide teams as they adopt AI-native architectures.

Note: If you are based within commuting distance of our London office, this role includes in-office anchor days.

What You Will Do

• Build trusted relationships with founders, developers, and technical leaders.
• Drive new logo acquisition and early activation to make Vercel the default choice.
• Focus on pipeline generation and outbound efforts to identify high-potential startups.
• Partner with founders to adopt AI-native features and architectures.
• Use automation and agents to operate at high leverage.
• Refine early motions into repeatable playbooks.

About You

• You possess a blend of technical curiosity, commercial excellence, and a startup mindset.
• Ability to speak credibly to pre-seed through Series D companies.
• Strong sales acumen with experience owning revenue outcomes.
• Ability to learn complex technical products quickly.
• Strong point of view on modern web infrastructure, frontend performance, and scaling tradeoffs.
• Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys shaping team motions.
