About the Role

We're looking for a Financial Systems Administrator to join our Finance Transformation team. You will be the day-to-day owner of our finance tech stack and our resident builder for AI-driven workflows. You will partner with our team to keep systems running, triage support issues, and own the roadmap for our AI-powered ticketing system, Serval.

What You Will Do

• Own production support end-to-end for Finance systems, ensuring tight response times and durable resolutions.
• Administer and troubleshoot the finance tech stack (NetSuite, Zip, Stripe, Ramp, Navan).
• Serve as the subject matter expert on Serval, our AI-powered ticketing platform, and automate support workflows.
• Design and build AI agents and internal tools to automate Finance Transformation workflows.
• Reimagine project intake processes for Finance stakeholders.
• Maintain financial systems controls, including SOX/audit requirements, role-based access, and change management.
• Support month-end close operations and coordinate with IT and Security teams.

About You

• 5+ years of experience in financial systems administration, with deep hands-on NetSuite expertise.
• Proven ability to manage a shared ticket queue and juggle multiple concurrent systems.
• Hands-on experience using AI tooling to build practical solutions or automate workflows.
• Solid understanding of P2P (procure-to-pay) and R2R (record-to-report) business processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex, cross-system issues and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Available to work 3:30 p.m.–12:30 a.m. IST to support PST stakeholders, with extended hours during month-end close.

Bonus Points

• NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteFoundation, or SuiteCloud Developer).
• Experience working for private companies operating with public company standards.
• Familiarity with integrations between billing, payments, and procurement systems.
• Ability to read and write basic SQL queries.
