
About the Role
Webflow is looking for an IT Support Specialist to serve as the hands-on technical presence in our San Francisco office. You will be the first line of support for employees, resolving tickets via AI-powered tooling, while owning the technology that powers our office, including all-hands meetings, events, and daily audio-visual needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support & Troubleshooting: Resolve employee tickets using AI-powered support tools; diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across macOS devices.
- Audio-Visual Ownership: Manage AV setups for company events, all-hands meetings, and conference rooms.
- Onboarding & Infrastructure: Partner with the Workplace Experience team on site builds, equipment provisioning, and new hire onboarding.
- Knowledge Management: Document common issues and fixes to improve internal AI-powered support tooling.
- Inventory Management: Maintain hardware and software inventory.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience with help desk ticketing systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting macOS environments.
- Experience supporting audiovisual setups for meetings and events.
- Skilled in using AI-powered tools for efficiency.
- Ability to perform physical, in-office work (setting up desks, provisioning equipment, lifting up to 20lbs).
- Available to work 5 days per week from our San Francisco headquarters.
