Senior Manager, Corporate Sales - West

About the Role

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams. We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Corporate Sales to lead and scale our strategic, full-cycle sales motion within the West Coast Corporate segment. You will drive strategy, recruit and develop top-performing Account Executives, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Develop: Oversee recruiting, interviewing, coaching, and mentoring for a team of Corporate Account Executives.
• Drive Strategy: Provide hands-on support in client meetings, manage pipeline forecasting, and coordinate internal resources to remove obstacles.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, Customer Success, and Engineering to optimize funnel efficiency and customer experience.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain feedback loops to drive product improvements and ensure seamless handoffs between pre-sales and post-sales.
• Performance Reporting: Regularly report on team metrics, sales forecasts, and customer insights.
• Travel: Up to 25% travel required for onboarding, industry events, and internal offsites.

About You

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 2+ years in frontline sales leadership.
• Proven track record of managing mid-market sales motions and driving ARR growth.
• Demonstrated success in hiring and developing high-performing sales talent.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce), forecasting tools, and sales analytics.
• Strong business acumen with a strategic, data-driven mindset.
• Ability to navigate complex deals and align multiple stakeholders.
