Senior Product Manager - Content Creation

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our builders team, which owns the core publishing platform for creators—including email templates, landing pages, forms, and newsletter sites. You will enable creators to produce high-impact, visually appealing, and on-brand content at scale. This is a core business role, as every creator's journey with Kit begins with building.

What You'll Do

  • First Week: Dive into Kit's product ecosystem, the Builders surfaces, and current tooling. Meet cross-functional partners and learn key tools like Linear, Mixpanel, and Omni.
  • First Month: Build rituals, meet with customers, and ship your first feature in partnership with engineering, design, and marketing.
  • First Six Months: Establish a clear POV on industry leadership, define success metrics, and align the company on product goals.
  • First Year: Lead major initiatives from conception through to successful launch, driving significant impact for customers and the business.

Requirements

Skills

  • Data-informed decision making and quantitative analysis.
  • Strong product judgment and prioritization.
  • Systems thinking and building for scale.
  • Deep collaboration with design on craft and visual quality.
  • Cross-functional influence and collaboration.
  • Strong AI fluency; comfortable using AI tools daily.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Bonus: Publishing or content creation expertise.

Experiences

  • 6-9+ years in product management with significant ownership of a core, revenue-driving product area.
  • Proven track record building high-quality, scaled software (ideally creation tools, editors, or publishing surfaces).
  • Deep experience with online content creation.
  • Experience partnering closely with design to drive long-term vision.

Traits

  • High ownership and autonomy in ambiguous environments.
  • Comfort balancing short-term wins with long-term vision.
  • Low ego, strong collaborator who influences without authority.
  • Intellectually curious with a bias toward learning.
  • Strong taste and attention to craft.

Working Hours

We are 100% remote. This role requires consistent overlap with Engineering, Product, and Design teams across Europe and the U.S. Fixed meetings occur 10:45–11:45 a.m. ET (Mon/Wed/Thu), with a general availability window of 12:00–2:00 p.m. ET for planning and project meetings. Fridays are focus days with no recurring meetings.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $173,000 (Level 4).
