
About the Role
Kit is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our builders team. You will own the core publishing platform for creators—including email templates, landing pages, forms, and newsletter sites. Your goal is to enable creators to produce high-impact, visually appealing content at scale.
What You'll Do
- First Week: Onboard into the product ecosystem, meet cross-functional partners, and learn internal tools (Linear, Mixpanel, Omni).
- First Month: Build team rituals, meet with customers, and ship your first feature.
- First Six Months: Establish a clear POV on industry strategy and team success metrics.
- First Year: Lead major initiatives from conception to launch, driving measurable impact for creators and the business.

- Experience partnering closely with design to drive long-term product vision.

Working Hours
We are 100% remote. This role requires consistent overlap with teams in Europe and the U.S. Fixed meetings occur Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10:45–11:45 a.m. ET. We ask for general availability between 12:00–2:00 p.m. ET for planning and project meetings. Fridays are focus days with no recurring meetings.
