
About the Role
Kit is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our builders team. You will own the core publishing platform—including email templates, landing pages, forms, and newsletter sites—enabling creators to build high-impact, on-brand content at scale. This is a senior IC role focused on strategy, execution, and delivering a delightful user experience for hundreds of thousands of creators.
What You'll Do
- Strategy & Execution: Own key product surfaces end-to-end, from identifying opportunities to shipping features.
- Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Success, and Sales to align product experiences with go-to-market efforts.
- Growth: Define the vision for how creators build and publish, ensuring our tools remain fast, flexible, and innovative.
- AI Integration: Thoughtfully evaluate and implement AI tools to improve product functionality and internal workflows.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 6-9+ years in product management with significant ownership of a core, revenue-driving product area.
- Domain Expertise: Proven track record building scaled software, ideally involving creation tools, editors, or publishing surfaces.
- Skills: Data-informed decision-making, strong product judgment, systems thinking, and deep collaboration with design teams.
- Traits: High ownership, autonomy, and the ability to influence without authority. You have a strong eye for visual craft and attention to detail.
- AI Fluency: Comfortable using AI tools daily and identifying opportunities for AI-driven product improvements.
Working Hours & Location
We are a 100% remote company. This role requires consistent overlap with teams in Europe and the U.S. You must be available for fixed meetings between 10:45 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. ET (Mon/Wed/Thu) and maintain general availability for meetings between 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. ET.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $173,000 (standardized level 4 compensation).
- Financial: Profit sharing, Kit equity, 401k with 5% match.
- Health: Up to $2,100/month toward medical premiums; dental and vision fully covered.
- Perks: $2,000 equipment allowance (initial), $3,500/year learning budget, childcare benefits, and paid sabbatical after five years.
