About the Role

We're looking for a Video Lead to redefine how a modern technology company creates video. You will own video strategy, production, and execution while leading a small team that delivers everything from product explainers and customer stories to executive thought leadership and social content.

What You'll Do

• Strategy & Production: Lead video strategy and oversee end-to-end production workflows.
• Team Management: Manage an internal team (video editor and motion graphics animator) and coordinate with external vendors.
• Content Creation: Produce scalable content ranging from polished product launches to fast-turn social media assets (LinkedIn, X, YouTube).
• Hands-on Execution: Serve as producer, creative lead, and editor when needed.
• Optimization: Develop repeatable production workflows to improve speed, quality, and efficiency.
• Brand Stewardship: Review all video output to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to simplify complex technology through storytelling.
• Innovation: Explore new formats and AI-powered tools to modernize our video program.

What You'll Bring

• Strong producer with excellent storytelling instincts.
