Our flagship product is the world's largest AI companionship platform, governed by our proprietary moderation system, EverGuard, an internal AI designed to ensure everything we build is safe, ethical, and human-first.

Your Role

We are looking for a Trust & Safety Product Manager to own the product and technical delivery of our compliance and safety initiatives across our platforms.

You will turn safety requirements into effective product features, moderation capabilities, third-party integrations, and measurable improvements. Working closely with Compliance, Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Customer Support, you will help us identify risks earlier, build safeguards into new features, and continuously improve how our safety systems perform.

This is a newly created role within our Product team, working directly with our CTO, Michael Monin, and our Legal & Safety Lead, Maxwelle Sokol.

Our platform serves adults and permits lawful adult content. We are looking for someone who can navigate sensitive, context-dependent issues thoughtfully, protecting users and enforcing clear boundaries without unnecessarily restricting legitimate expression.

Key Responsibilities

• Safety & legal product strategy and delivery: Translate safety policies, legal requirements (e.g., EU AI Act), incident findings, and user feedback into clear product requirements, acceptance criteria, and engineering work.
• Internally developed moderation technologies: Own the product side of improvements to our in-house moderation systems, including our proprietary LLM technology EverGuard.
• Third-party safety partnerships and integrations: Lead the technical and product lifecycle of third-party safety partnerships from evaluation to implementation and performance management.
• Safety dashboards, monitoring, and QA: Establish dashboards and recurring QA to proactively identify emerging issues and ensure T&S measures work as intended.
• Red teaming and adversarial testing: Own testing for how moderation systems and safeguards respond to deliberate misuse and edge cases.
• Trust and safety reviews for new features: Run dedicated T&S reviews for new features and material changes to existing systems.
• Incident follow-through: Coordinate product and engineering responses to significant safety issues.

Your Qualifications

• Data-driven product decisions: Experience running A/B tests, product experiments, or data deep-dives to shape product development.
• Content moderation and AI guardrails: Understanding of scalable content moderation strategies, automation, machine learning, and human review.
• Legal/safety experience: Experience translating compliance and trust & safety requirements for consumer-facing products.
• Collaborative mindset: Strong cross-functional communication and fluency in English.
• AI fluency: Comfortable working with and leveraging AI tools proactively.
• Ownership: Comfortable with ambiguity and taking responsibility for outcomes.
• Category comfort: Fully comfortable building products based on uncensored models and NSFW material.
