Our flagship product is the world's largest AI companionship platform, governed by our proprietary moderation system, EverGuard—an internal AI designed to ensure everything we build is safe, ethical, and human-first.

Your Role

We are looking for a Trust & Safety Product Manager to own the product and technical delivery of our compliance and safety initiatives across our platforms.

This is a newly created role within our Product team, working directly with our CTO, Michael Monin, and our Legal & Safety Lead, Maxwelle Sokol. You will have significant ownership from the outset and the opportunity to shape how the safety product function develops as the company continues to grow.

Our platform serves adults and permits lawful adult content. We are looking for someone who can navigate sensitive, context-dependent issues thoughtfully, protecting users and enforcing clear boundaries without unnecessarily restricting legitimate expression.

Key Responsibilities

• Safety & legal product strategy and delivery: Translate safety policies, legal requirements (e.g., online safety and EU AI Act), incident findings, and user feedback into clear product requirements, acceptance criteria, and engineering work.
• Internally developed moderation technologies: Own the product side of improvements to our in-house moderation systems, including our proprietary LLM technology EverGuard.
• Third-party safety partnerships and integrations: Lead the technical and product lifecycle of third-party safety partnerships from identification to rollout.
• Safety dashboards, monitoring, and quality assurance: Establish dashboards and recurring QA to proactively identify emerging issues and prevent harmful content.
• Red teaming and adversarial testing: Own testing for how moderation systems and product safeguards respond to deliberate misuse and edge cases.
• Trust and safety reviews for new features: Establish and run a dedicated T&S review process for new features and model updates.
• Incident follow-through and continuous improvement: Coordinate product and engineering responses to significant safety issues.

Your Qualifications

• Data-driven product decisions that align with legal and ethical standards, including experiments, user research, and risk assessment.
• Experience with content moderation, AI guardrails, automation, machine learning, and user reporting.
• Professional background in legal, trust, and safety compliance for consumer-facing products.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams and fluent English communication.
• AI fluency and comfort leveraging modern tools.
• Ability to take ownership and move forward in ambiguous environments.
• Full comfort building products based on uncensored models and content.
