Senior Account Manager - Everbridge

About the Role

Everbridge is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Account Manager to take ownership of retaining and growing existing Healthcare accounts. This role is essential for the success of our largest and most strategic accounts, focusing on customer satisfaction, successful platform deployment, and revenue expansion.

What You'll Do

• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain ongoing customer relationships by assessing needs and managing expectations.
• Growth & Expansion: Identify opportunities for expansion and collaborate with the sales team to close deals for additional products or services.
• Strategic Oversight: Proactively review customer usage and service case activity to identify and mitigate potential escalations.
• Expertise: Become a recognized expert in the assigned vertical-focused customer base and maintain deep subject matter expertise in Everbridge products.
• Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed renewal and growth sales objectives and monthly KPIs.
• Collaboration: Act as an escalation point for the Technical Support team and share best practices to maximize product value.

What You'll Bring

• Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in sales, account management, or sales engineering, specifically working with Healthcare accounts.
• Education: BS or BA in a relevant field.
• Track Record: Verifiable history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Skills: Superior work ethic, strong presentation and planning skills, and excellent verbal/written communication.
• Technical Acumen: Solid technical understanding; experience with SaaS, disaster recovery, or emergency management software is highly desirable.
• Travel: Ability to travel up to 30% to client sites.
