- Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to refine how products are presented across in-product and external surfaces.
- Execution: Coordinate launch deliverables including changelogs, demos, enablement materials, email, social copy, and go-to-market communications.
- Enablement: Equip Sales, CX, and other customer-facing teams with the context and materials needed to communicate new launches effectively.
- Insight: Bring customer insight and market context back into product and launch decisions.
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional writing and editorial judgment with the ability to make complex ideas clear and compelling.
- Strong positioning and messaging skills grounded in customer problems and product truth.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to track large amounts of detail.
- Comfort going deep on product details and building credibility with technical teams.
- Strong ownership and the ability to operate autonomously with a high quality bar.
