- Configure, maintain, and improve automations that support content acquisition, validation, tagging, summarization, and delivery.
- Monitor workflow health, investigate errors, and troubleshoot data-quality or system-performance issues.
- Build and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and client-configuration records.
- Partner with Global Services, Product, Engineering, and other internal teams to ensure client requirements are accurately implemented and maintained.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve reliability, and increase the speed and accuracy of service delivery.
- Test workflow changes, validate outputs against client requirements, and support quality-control processes.
- Support vendor-related processes, including service evaluation, communication, and invoice reconciliation.
- Proactively use AI tools to improve productivity, accelerate delivery, and support process improvement.
What Will Help You Succeed
- Experience or strong interest in workflow automation, systems configuration, process improvement, or operational tooling.
- Familiarity with n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, Google Apps Script, or similar workflow-automation tools.
- Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, spreadsheets, structured data, or system integrations.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with close attention to detail and data quality.
- Ability to turn a non-technical operational need into a clear, repeatable workflow.
- Experience documenting processes, writing SOPs, or maintaining operational configurations.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience in media monitoring, media intelligence, content operations, customer onboarding, or vendor management is a plus.
How Success Will Be Measured
- Manual workflows are transitioned into reliable, scalable automated processes.
- Client deliverables are accurate, timely, and consistently aligned with briefs.
- Workflow issues and data-quality concerns are identified and resolved quickly.
- Automation reduces manual effort and improves operational efficiency.
