About the Role

We are entering a deliberate brand evolution and are looking for a Creative Director to lead this process end-to-end. This is a senior player/coach role where you will set the creative vision, hold the quality bar, and guide our founding brand team through a defining stretch of growth.

You Will:

• Own Brand Strategy: Partner with leadership to lock positioning, brand attributes, and messaging architecture.
• Set Creative Vision: Define and uphold standards across marketing sites, events, social, and product touchpoints.
• Lead the Team: Manage, mentor, and develop a founding team of senior brand designers.
• Build Systems: Drive the brand toward documented, reusable systems (guidelines, asset libraries, marketing design systems).
• Operationalize Work: Shape how the team prioritizes and delivers high-quality creative work at scale.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and engineering to ensure brand consistency across all company surfaces.

We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience as an Art Director or Creative Director in technical/SaaS categories.
• Proven experience managing and developing creative talent.
• Strategic range with a portfolio demonstrating sharp brand thinking.
• Exceptional craft and taste in visual execution.
• Fluency in brand-as-system and design systems.
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills.
• Credibility with a technical audience.
