About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Growth Content Specialist to create educational content that helps enterprise buyers and technical practitioners discover, evaluate, and adopt Tailscale. This role sits at the intersection of technical writing, content marketing, and product storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Produce high-impact tutorials, implementation guides, comparison pages, and demos.
• Growth Focus: Turn search insights, customer questions, and community signals (Twitter, Hacker News, Reddit) into timely, high-performing content.
• Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing, Engineering, and Developer Relations to ensure technical accuracy.
• AI Integration: Develop an AI-first content program to improve research, drafting, and production speed.
• Optimization: Refresh and expand existing content based on performance metrics and user feedback.

What We Are Looking For

• 3–6+ years of experience in growth technical content marketing, technical writing, or developer marketing.
• Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with SEO and AI discoverability best practices.
• Experience using AI tools to improve content production.
• Strong project management and collaboration skills.
