About the role
As our Revenue & Billing Analyst, you'll own the financial side of TestGorilla's customer lifecycle: billing, accounts receivable and collections, plus the reconciliations and reporting that keep our revenue numbers trustworthy. You'll join a lean, three-person, AI-empowered Finance team, working directly with our Head of Finance and Senior Financial Controller.
Responsibilities
- Owning customer billing end to end, including invoicing, subscription changes, payment queries, refunds, failed payment recovery, credit notes and corrections within agreed approval limits.
- Owning accounts receivable, collections and dunning, resolving failed payments and billing disputes directly with customers.
- Getting to the root cause of recurring billing issues and fixing the underlying process.
- Owning reconciliations across billing, payments, subscription reporting and the ledger, producing MRR/ARR movement reporting and analysis.
- Improving and introducing Finance automations around AR, billing and reporting.
- Supporting billing platform, pricing and packaging changes from a Finance perspective.
What you'll bring
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience personally owning customer billing, AR, or collections, including investigating exceptions.
- Experience with customer billing in a subscription or recurring-revenue business.
- Strong reconciliation skills and ability to work through dataset discrepancies.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Comfort using AI and automation to reduce manual work.
