About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations organization. This is a technical generalist role for an operator who loves owning the machinery behind a fast-moving GTM team. You will evolve the systems, data, and workflows that power our marketing motions, utilizing modern AI-assisted tooling like v0 and Claude Code.

What You Will Do

• Martech Administration: Manage our core stack, including Customer.io, Salesforce, and Snowflake, ensuring reliable integrations and data flow.
• Campaign Execution: Partner with Growth Marketing to build, QA, and launch campaigns and email programs.
• Lifecycle Automation: Design and maintain nurture flows that support segmentation and personalization.
• Data Governance: Own data hygiene, including deduplication, normalization, and enrichment standards.
• AI-Driven Innovation: Use AI-native dev tools (v0, Claude Code, Vercel) to build internal helpers and automate repetitive workflows.
• Cross-functional Partnership: Collaborate with RevOps and GTM Analytics to ensure reliable lead flow and reporting.

About You

• 5+ years of Marketing Operations experience in SaaS or high-growth startups.
• Deep familiarity with marketing automation (e.g., Customer.io, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Experience with integration and data-routing tools like Tray.io, RudderStack, or Segment.
• Hands-on experience with AI-native development tools (v0, Cursor) and a desire to use them to move fast.
• Comfortable reading/editing code and writing basic SQL.
• Strong instincts for data quality and a bias toward fixing root causes.
