About the Role

You will own product design for Vercel Marketplace and Vercel Connect, the products that help developers and agents discover, provision, and connect external services to their workloads. You will design for both builders and partners, improving current journeys while defining the future of integrations and agent access.

Note: We are considering candidates at both the Senior and Staff level. This role is hybrid for those within commuting distance of our offices (SF, NY, London, Berlin) and fully remote for those beyond that distance.

What You Will Do

• Own the builder and partner experiences across discovery, installation, billing, management, and removal.
• Define how developers and agents discover, provision, and configure services and integrations.
• Turn complex technical requirements (OAuth, permissions, credentials) into simple, intuitive experiences.
• Build and test working prototypes independently using coding agents.
• Work directly with customers and partners, using research and data to define success measures.
• Create reusable patterns and structures for the Marketplace and Connect ecosystem.

About You

• Proven track record of owning ambiguous, technically complex product work from framing to launch.
• Ability to reason about systems while maintaining a high bar for interaction and visual craft.
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative evidence to drive product decisions.
• Ability to read APIs or code to explain tradeoffs and inspect implementation.
• Curiosity and agency in using coding agents to prototype and learn technical systems.

Bonus Points

• Experience designing marketplaces, integration platforms, or multi-sided products.
• Understanding of OAuth, secrets, billing, or infrastructure products.
• Experience shipping AI or agent-based workflows.
• Engineering background or experience contributing production web code.
