About Vercel
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company. We create products like Next.js, v0, and the AI SDK that help builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience. We are building the platform for the future of software, where products are built, extended, and operated by agents.
About the Role
You will define Growth Design at Vercel, shaping the complete self-serve journey—from signup and onboarding to retention. You will report to Product Design and collaborate closely with Growth Product, Engineering, and Data to move from observed problems to shipped, measured experiences.
This is an ambiguous, high-impact role. You will have access to leading LLMs and in-house tools to validate hypotheses. Priorities evolve as evidence arrives, and you will be expected to own the full lifecycle of your experiments.
What You Will Do
- Own the self-serve experience across onboarding, activation, adoption, monetization, and retention for both people and agents.
- Identify high-impact opportunities through customer research, product data, and direct platform usage.
- Co-own Growth strategy, priorities, and success metrics with cross-functional partners.
- Build and test prototypes using tools like Figma, v0, Cursor, and Claude Code.
- Design and ship experiments, staying involved through implementation to interpret results.
- Turn successful experiments into durable product improvements and reusable patterns.
