About the Role

Vercel is seeking a Startup Program Lead to build, lead, and scale our global startup program. You will own the program end-to-end, leading strategy, execution, and team operations. You will play a critical role in building partnerships with venture capital firms, accelerators, and incubators while working cross-functionally to grow Vercel’s footprint across early-stage technology communities.

What You’ll Do

• Own the global startup program strategy, roadmap, and execution for pre-seed through Series A startups.
• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing startup program team.
• Design and scale programs that drive adoption and engagement, such as the Vercel AI Accelerator.
• Develop relationships with VCs, accelerators, and founder communities to bring high-quality startups into the Vercel ecosystem.
• Partner with Sales to identify high-potential startups and support their progression into long-term customers.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Media, Partnerships, and Developer Relations to integrate the program into broader campaigns.
• Serve as a visible ambassador for Vercel by hosting events and advising founders.
• Bring founder insights back into Vercel’s product and go-to-market strategies.

About You

• 6+ years of experience in programs, partnerships, or ecosystem roles at a high-growth tech or developer-focused company.
• Proven experience building and scaling programs from 0 to 1.
• Strong track record of managing teams and building strategic relationships with VCs and accelerators.
• Deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and founder needs.
• Ability to engage credibly with technical audiences; familiarity with React, Next.js, Vite, Astro, and Remix.
• Data-driven mindset with experience defining success metrics.

• Contributions to open-source projects (React, Next, Vite, etc.).
• Existing relationships with top-tier VCs or accelerator programs (e.g., Y Combinator, Techstars).
• Experience building applications at scale with modern frontend technologies.
