Director of Product Management - Enablement

Jane's Platform & Enablement group is where foundational work happens—the systems, services, and shared capabilities that the rest of our product and engineering teams build on top of. This role will lead the product side of a group touching deep technical infrastructure, software enablement, and customer-facing surfaces.

What Impact We're Looking for You to Make

• Lead product strategy across infrastructure, software enablement, and emerging customer-facing platform surfaces.
• Build and grow a team of senior product managers, supporting their craft and development.
• Establish a clear, transparent prioritization philosophy that balances technical and non-technical stakeholder needs.
• Partner closely with development and design, keeping security, compliance, and customer experience as first-class citizens.
• Translate technical complexity into clear, actionable narratives for business leaders.

What Experience We Need

• Extensive product management experience, including 5+ years leading and growing PM teams at a technically deep SaaS company.
• Demonstrated experience across the full spectrum of platform and product work from infrastructure to customer-facing surfaces.
• Strong technical fluency to lead senior PMs working on cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and core services.
• Exceptional communication skills to translate technical complexity for executives and cross-functional partners.
• A well-developed philosophy on prioritization paired with strong business judgment and customer empathy.
